On Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th May, 2010, a Project Management Masterclass took place in Brussels, Belgium. The topic was Outsourcing Transition Management, and the agenda covered Methodology, HR aspects, Risk, MO and Purchasing. An exercise was built into the program as well. And of course there was opportunity to share experience and lessons learnt.

Speakers came from across the service lines and from Germany, NL and Global organizations

There were sixteen participants from UK, Belgium, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany and Poland, and they rated the program as very good.

We aim to organize another session on this same topic on November 3rd – 4th, 2010.

The audience for Project Management Masterclasses is Senior Project Managers, with long term experience in complex projects.  We aim to offer an opportunity to share experience, learn more about the Atos Origin way of working in certain areas, and prepare the participants for working on international, cross border assignments.
