Sales Academy

The Sales Academy offers a comprehensive portfolio of training programs to meet the needs of sales specialists and others involved in the sales process at all levels across the entire Atos Origin Group. With the reorganization of the sales function into a true global team that makes a real and valued contribution to the Group, it is vital that everyone speaks the same ‘language’ and uses the same tools and processes.

The Sales Academy is specifically aimed at helping to create the group sales culture Atos Origin requires for the future, as well as meeting individual needs for specific skills training. In this way, the company can be sure it has the skills and behaviors required to fulfill its promises to customers and continue to grow profitably.

There are a great number of programs and modules available, both locally and globally, via elearning and classroom-based sessions, offering training on a wide range of topics. These offerings are divided into two groups:

  • Strategic modules that target specific roles and are therefore by invitation only based on management recommendation.
  • On-demand training that individuals can apply for and take part in as desired.

Cost
For information about the cost of training offerings in your region, contact your local training organization. Individuals must cover their own travel and accommodation costs (where necessary). Management approval of the budget is mandatory.
 
Sales Curriculum Matrix
The Sales Curriculum Matrix is designed to offer an overview of all Sales Academy offerings and who they are appropriate for at a glance. You can either look at the offerings available and check whether they are suitable for your role, or look at which offerings are recommended for someone in your position (green = 1st priority and red = 2nd priority).
