These offerings are based on the Global Project Management Training framework (look under Links) which has been established in close cooperation with business and HR representatives.

• Local Training:
  Based on an extensive portfolio of offerings as described in the training catalogue (look under Links), each country organizes Project Management training as befits its requirements and local market conditions.

• Masterclasses:
  A number of dedicated training sessions for senior Project Managers who have experience in multi-project/multi-solution/multi-location projects and who are at GCM level 7 or higher. These classes provide a unique opportunity to share experiences, learning more about the Atos Origin way of working in certain areas and prepare participants for working on international, cross-border assignments. All Project Management Academy offerings are fully linked to the Global Project Management Career Framework that applies to all project management positions within all service lines in the company. The Framework outlines the steps project managers need to take to progress and evolve their skills in order to develop into wider career opportunities.

To support market demand for externally recognized certification, Atos University’s Project Management Academy recognizes and helps prepare participants for certification from three internationally-recognized bodies.
