LEAN Skipper
LEAN Skippers have the skills and behaviors to organize and guide members of a LEAN team and can manage both the so-called ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ aspects of a LEAN transformation. The LEAN Skipper program is fully residential, featuring a heavily practical component to the four-day course. Following their participation, individuals are supported by a LEAN mentor with monthly follow-up calls and become a trainer on the LEAN Navigator program.
