LEAN Commodores are able to drive implementation of LEAN on their own site with a LEAN team. They are also able to sell LEAN to customers. The LEAN Commodore program comprises a one-day LEAN Leader Course. LEAN Commodores are then expected to support Atos University’s LEAN Academy with time and input and become designated contacts for the three levels of LEAN skills below.

Who should attend?
LEAN Commodore is for site managers, Consulting Partners and selected members of the sales force who must act as leaders in areas impacted by LEAN programs. Before being admitted to the program, individuals must have undertaken the LEAN Seaman elearning module.
