Robin Ajdari
As Director of Training & Development at Group level, Robin is responsible for managing Atos University. He designs the overall training scheme in line with the company strategy and with strong links to the company’s business objectives and competence development needs. In addition, he develops the internal and external marketing of Atos University with special attention to the promotion of its academies. Robin has been working in the training business and the IT services market for 15 years, and has gained extensive expertise in all training categories, as well as change management programs. Prior to that, Robin held various management positions in Sales & Marketing and projects delivery. He has a Masters degree in Marketing & Sales, from CNAM University of Paris.



Gisela Jansen
As Program Coordinator within Atos University, Gisela runs modules, in conjunction with high-quality trainers and lecturers, to ensure a first-class training experience for participants. In addition, she helps with the internal and external promotion of the program, and is responsible for the coordination of the University website and myUniversity. Gisela has been with Atos Origin since 2000 and over the years have held various positions in International Marketing & Communications. Before joining the company, she worked in different areas of Sales and Marketing & Communication at Fortis Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers in The Netherlands. She is certified by the Dutch Marketing Association (NIMA-A and Marketing Communication-A).

Lydia Borchers
Lydia is responsible for the centralization of certain registrations to Atos University programs, and coordinates all administrative issues to ensure smooth operation. Following several years of experience with an international company, she started working for Atos Origin in the TUM business unit in 2005. Since January this year, Lydia has supported the Global Market Team Telecom & Media, and is very excited about her new role within Atos University and enjoys being part of this very driven team.
