The new-look Atos University brings all Atos Origin training and development activities under one umbrella. Now fully linked to human resources (HR) and fully aligned with the corporate strategy, Atos University is all about equipping Atos Origin staff with the skills required to improve business execution, bring real value to clients, and speed up career progression. By offering a comprehensive portfolio of training opportunities, it is enabling the up-skilling and re-skilling of people with more business-oriented competencies to foster greater mobility and meet the future needs of the organization.
Atos University is comprised of global training academies, including Sales, Project Management, SAP, LEAN and Talent Development, and training programs range from technical to softer skills, and from stand-alone elearning offerings to more formal classroom sessions. All offerings build on the University’s already extensive experience, expertise and success - for which it has been acknowledged with a number of awards, including being named ‘Best New Corporate University’ by the prestigious 2008 Corporate University Best In Class (CUBIC) Awards, and the Excellence award for Marketing and the Best Practice award for Launching at the 10th Annual Corporate University Xchange Awards for Excellence and Innovation in Corporate Learning .
