Due to the importance of project management, a Global Project Management Career Framework has been developed that applies to all project management positions within the company. The framework comprises a generic description for every level of project management, including background requirements, the technical competencies individuals are expected to demonstrate, the tasks you are required to undertake, and recommendations for training in order to progress to the next step. These competencies and tasks are not exhaustive but serve to underline the core expectations for every project management position within Atos Origin.
